Following the Procurement Committee Meeting held on 8th April 2019 and Pursuant to Section 53 (1) and (2) of the Public Procurement Act 2008, the Commission is notifying you that it is considering awarding the contract to EMM Corporate Partners at a cost of K 85,000.00.
