INVITATION TO A STAKEHOLDERS’ MEETING ON REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS(REIT) GUIDELINES PROPOSALS
Notice is hereby given to capital market operators (CMOS) industry stakeholders, legal fraternity , real estate developers and agents, auditors, investors and the general public that a stakeholders’ meeting has been scheduled to review proposals submitted by stakeholders on the Real Estate Investment Trust Guidelines (REIT) prior to the finalization and gazetting the revised REIT Guidelines.
Please note that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) had called for the submission of proposals to the amendments of the REITS 2020 Guidelines on 23rd June 2026
The details of the stakeholders meeting are as follows:

Time: 9.00 am – 12:00 pm
Venue: Securities and Exchange Commission Offices, Stand#5475/Corner Great East Road and Libala Road, Kalundu
