Revocations

The Commission has the authority to revoke licenses and authorisations in accordance with Sections 41 and Section 126 of the Securities Act that have been issued to individuals or entities, that have engaged in serious misconduct or failed to comply with regulatory requirements. Revocation is a severe enforcement action that results in the permanent withdrawal of a license, authorisation, registration, or approval.
