Ongoing Public Consultations

To enhance the private sector’s participation in capital markets development, the Securities and Exchange Commission as Secretariat for the Capital Markets Master Plan (CMMP) in collaboration with the Public Private Dialogue Forum (PPDF) created the PPDF-Capital Markets Technical Subcommittee and five CMMP Action Teams. The creation of these structures was to necessitate an on-going consultative forum for well thought-out, evidence-based, responsive, and implementable solutions from the private sector. Ultimately, it is envisaged that this shall create a better business enabling environment to facilitate for capital markets development.
