NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all Members of the public that following the license cancellation of Pan African Commodity Exchange (Z) Limited (“PANEX”), by the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “Commission”) in exercise of the powers vested in it under section 27 of the Securities Act, No.41 of 2016, members of the public who may have invested in Securities through PANEX are required to submit to the Commission documentary evidence in support of the claims they may have against PANEX.
SUBMISSION OF CLAIMS
In view of the aforementioned, the Commission has set 10th July 2020 as the deadline for the submission of claims. Kindly take note that the Commission will not accept claims received after 10th July 2020.
