Pursuant to Section 218(2)(a) of the Securities Act, Cap. 354 of the Laws of Zambia (‘Act’) the Securities and Exchange Commission (‘the Commission’) had on 16th April 2026 imposed a civil financial penalty on Mr. Baron Bulaya for operating a business as an investment advisor without a licence from the Commission.
